You will need to manually setup your account and transfer your data from the old to the new account since automatic migrationbetween account types currently is not possible (you must make a backup of your data from your old account before proceeding with a plan switch). We are not responsible for any lost which may occur due to upgrade of your package.

The account type switch (one) is free within the first 30 days of your account creation. There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for all account type switch requests past the initial 30 days of the account activation.

Once you complete the above form you will receive an automatic e-mail reply which will contain a ticket ID which you can use for tracking of your request. We will review and respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
